Description
<p>WAAM(Wire and arc-based additive manufacturing)はアーク溶接を応用した金属積層造形技術である.中でもプラズマ方式WAAMはアーク指向性が高く,歪みのない真直なビードを積層造形可能である.本論文ではプラズマ溶接におけるTi-6Al-4Vの積層造形条件を明らかにした.また造形経路を工夫することで,交差部を持つ形状における積層高さの誤差を低減させた.さらに造形物の引張強度,0.2%耐力,破断伸びは相当する鍛造材のJIS及びASTMの規格値より高いことを明らかにした.</p>
