Premium Friday, implemented from February 24, 2017, is a personal consumption arousal campaign that advocates and promotes economic circles and recommends a premium living than usual on Friday at the end of every month, In this research, we analyze the possibility of Pramium Friday influencing the use of public transportation. Specifically, we analyze the ratio of macro usage of public transportation using smartcard data in Shizuoka. As a result of the analysis, it was impossible to confirm the positive influence of public transportation use by the premium Friday. This result is generally reasonable when considering the number of Premium Friday participants at the present time. In order to demonstrate the effect, it is necessary to reevaluate the appeal and the contents of the implementation.
