- 「ましきラボ」における復興まちづくりの実践
Description
<p> Kumamoto University set up and operate a satellite laboratory, “Mashiki-Lab” as a part of its “Kumamoto Reconstruction Support Project”. Mashiki was damaged heavily by the 2016 Kumamoto earthquake. The laboratory is located in a park of central Mashiki, and holds “open-lab” regularly, in which residents casually drop in and exchange opinions with faculty members and students, and hold several events based on their opinions.</p><p> This study describes the process of establishment and management of Mashiki-Lab, and discuss its roles, features, and issues. The process description will be useful for similar activities in the future.</p>
