Modeling of the effect of the tweet system in a company

Abstract

<p>We proposed it structurally how a tweet system could solve the problem in the organization. The tweet system in a company is used for a long term, and it helps informal communication. The effect by tweet in social media includes a self-effect or an effect of relationships. However, the study on tweet system in certain company is not found. The cancellation of stress and the uneasiness of the worker are problems of the organization, also big social problems. Therefore it is significant to clarify the effect that a tweet system brings. We performed a semistructured interview for users of the tweet system in a company. And we proposed the model that worked structurally and effectively at the organization. Specifically, we arranged contents provided based on a semistructured interview by using KJ method and gathered it in 8 factors. Furthermore, we proposed Effect-Problem-Benefit model by connecting those factors based on the knowledge of the precedent study. As a result, the tweet system in the company could build the place, and clarified brought effect of the relations construction, social skill improvement, and stress reduction on the place. Moreover, we proposed that the tweet system in the company brought the effect of the information sharing promotion, the restraint of workaholic, and the restraint of the motivation drop.</p>
