抄録

Holography enables us to measure micro objects (e.g. particles, droplets, and bubbles) in three-dimensional space. However, this technique suffers from elongations of the reconstructed objects in the optical axis. This problem affects the detection of accurate depth position. The purpose of this study is the detection of accurate depth position. In order to achieve the purpose, we focus the phase information of reconstructed volume. We define the phase signature as the phase difference between the reference and the reconstructed volume. We confirm the phase signature through experiments. First, the microbubble is recorded by phase retrieval holography with two high-speed cameras. Hydrogen bubble method was used to generate microbubbles. Secondly, we reconstruct holograms along the optical axis. Finally, we calculate the phase signature and evaluate the phase signature of the microbubble. As a result, we find the shift from positive to negative of phase signature value near the depth position of the bubble.
