<p>2016年に発刊された心臓サルコイドーシスの診療ガイドライン1）における非薬物治療について概説する．特に植込み型除細動器（ICD）については炎症の存在や非持続性心室頻拍の有無，電気生理学的検査を積極的に適応判断に用いるなど細かく吟味している点が特徴的である．さらに臨床的な特徴として，再発が多いためICDを植込んだ後も様々な追加治療が必要な例があること，カテーテルアブレーションが困難な例が存在し，抗不整脈薬との組み合わせが重要であることなど，ICD植込み後のマネージメントに関しても言及している．ペースメーカ，心臓再同期療法，外科的治療，心臓移植などの非薬物治療に関しても併せて概説する．</p>
