Abstract
Train operation power demand control based on decentralized control is proposed in order to reduce the power cost of train operation. To verify the train operation power demand control, we planned a verification running test using two substations and three trains. This paper shows the outline and result of the verification running test. The verification running test has confirmed the convergence and stability of the train operation power demand control. In particular, we considered the convergence ability of the train operation power demand control on the real railway line through an analysis of the variation in train delay time.
