Description
The Microwave oven is one of the most popular home electrics appliances. It is suitable for heating a small quantity of food. So it is necessary for the young and the advanced people. We grappled "Microwave oven cooking" with the students of extracurricular seminar as the 2011's seminar theme. We checked many books on "Microwave oven cooking" and tried to cook many kind of ingredients. We decided to research on "Sponge cake". As this result, using a Microwave oven does not make it browner than using an Oven. Sponge cake kept in the freezing room is wetter than immediately after heating
