- 昆虫死体におけるカタラーゼ活性の基礎的検討

Description
チャバネゴキブリとイエバエについて，潰した虫体に3％過酸化水素水を滴下する簡便な方法でカタラーゼ試験を行い，熱処理と溶液浸漬処理に伴うカタラーゼ活性の失活状況を調べた．熱処理では，チャバネゴキブリで80℃以上，イエバエで85℃以上の加熱により，容易にカタラーゼ活性が失われた．また浸漬処理では，10％砂糖水，15％エタノール水溶液，醤油，植物油中で，長期間活性が維持されていた．
