Abstract
The transition of population and the situation of declining birthrate and aging population in the local cities are affecting the structure of the city itself. With the arrival of a further depopulating society, responses to changing regional economies and social structures, an aging rate and an increase in single elderly households, and social welfare and any other areas unknown, urban scale reconstruction is It is a pressing issue.
