<p>The authors have been proposing a system which can judge whether a user made a medicine-taking behavior in order to support his/her medication management. As a component of the system, the authors developed a point cloud processing technique to estimate the degree that a user open the mouth. In this work, a 3D point cloud model to detect the user’s nose in a point cloud was improved.</p>
