<p>はじめに：日本語版Optimal Screening for Prediction of Referral and Outcome Yellow Flag（OSPRO-YF-J）Assessment Toolを作成し，その信頼性と妥当性を検証した．</p><p>対象と方法：国際ガイドラインに準じてOSPRO-YF-Jを作成した．信頼性は再テスト法により検証し（n=21），妥当性については，既に日本語版が作成されている評価指標との妥当性を検証した（n＝251）．</p><p>結果：OSPRO-YF-Jは高い信頼性と十分な妥当性が認められた．</p><p>結語：OSPRO-YF-Jは運動器疾患患者の心理因子スクリーニングツールとして有用であると考える．</p>
