<p>IgG4関連疾患は皮膚にも病変を来しうる．他の臓器のIgG4関連疾患と異なり，皮膚病変は種々の臨床像を呈す．IgG4陽性形質細胞の直接浸潤による限局性腫瘤・腫脹，丘疹・結節，びまん性浸潤性・肥厚性病変が原発疹である．形質細胞やIgG4により二次的に形成される皮疹は続発疹であり，Th2やTh17も病変形成に関与する可能性がある．</p>
