Abstract

Recently, a brand-new perspective such as Society 5.0 is major topic in Japan. Digital Transformation (DX) is also discussed as a platform for Society 5.0. Therefore, companies try to introduce IT tools for application of DX. However, rapidly value creation using IT tools is rare case. So that continuously reforming activities and improving activities are necessary. Then, DX is required to deploy as a program. DX program is progressed with other programs such as conventional business program and new business program. Holistic satisfaction of these programs should be required however there are few discussions about multi-program management. In this paper, problem statement about multi-program architecture and program management methodology and necessity of solution of this problem is explained using DX topic.
