Description
A Lens Free Imager (LFI) is one of promising implementations of microscopic technology based on digital holography. In order to obtain an image of a targeted sample, a reconstructing process which is based on diffraction model is required. Since computational cost in a reconstruction process is significantly high, there have been many researches on acceleration of a reconstruction calculation. In this paper, we try to design and implement hardware accelerator for a reconstruction process with a Zynq SoC. We describe the design policy and detailed implementation of the accelerator as well as the evaluation results.
