Description

<p>Neck mass is a common symptom encountered by otolaryngologists. We experienced a patient with a neck mass induced by carotid artery aneurysm with vocal cord paralysis. The carotid artery aneurysm had been caused by vascular-Behçet's disease. Carotid artery aneurysm and vocal cord paralysis due to vascular-Behçet's disease is rare. The case is herein reported along with a literature review.</p>
