抄録

<p>This research was done to show“Creation of service business with‘Hospitality’ in a competitive environment ”. In the sustainable development of companies, the creation of services is very important, but the creation of services depends greatly on the business environment and hospitality. In the sales competitive environment of electric power by Japan’s electric power system reform currently being implemented, we were able to develop business to new fields by working on the creation of services by hospitality and communication. Competition environments may face business crisis, but by making new efforts there, it is possible to lead to growth of companies.</p><p>In this paper, we will touch on Japan’s electric power system reform and we will mention the competing electricity sales market environment and hospitality leading to the creation of new services.</p>
