In recent years, it is expected that a middle class layer begins to dissolve and social class divides, the background is a change in labor market. In addition, It is expected that the new wealthy are born, and it is also expected that the class which is not newly simultaneously attached to regular employment jobs, such as jobless people and a part-time jobber, arises. In this article, the author point out that there is a possibility the problem etc. of 'helplessness', 'identity crisis', 'self-blame' and 'delusional idea' surface, and the importance of the aspect of the career development counseling as these preventive actions on the problem.
