Description
<p>At the new service development and co-creating workplace, the activity with utilizing illustration is popular. For people and organization, illustration is expected effects to deeply understand necessary information, foster new knowledge, and enhance the problem-solving by using the content. On the other hand, it sometimes happens that by illustration people construct the ambiguous representation and don’t find the beneficial effect. This paper describes the relationship between illustration and representation construction with author’s practical case and considers what kind of illustration is beneficial to promote better understanding.</p>
