Description

This is the second part of the research that was reported last year. This year, interviewées are Vietnamese women working in the farming company of this island. This interview was held with the support of two compatriotic students at Tsuyama Kosen. Through this interview, what is clarified is like these: to what extent their Japanese competence comes up to start jobs here in Japan; how they are integrated in the life circumstance with their linguistic ability.
