Description

In the past, “Holistic management diagnosis” has been diagnosed after specific logic such as organization, business strategy, sales / marketing, finance, information, etc., and then integrated later. As a result, the improvement proposal also tends to be biased in weight to independent suboptimal solution convergence and the area of expertise of the diagnostician. This time, the Holistic management diagnosis that we propose is to conduct management diagnosis through the framework of “Growth Drivers Theory” that looks at corporate management as a whole. This new diagnostic approach has made it possible to make objective diagnoses from the perspective of management as a whole across specialized fields. As a result, it became possible to propose an objective and overall optimum improvement proposal without being influenced by the expertise of the diagnostician. In addition, it is thought that if this is used as an initial diagnosis, it will also be possible to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of conventional specialized diagnosis.
