Description

結晶性バイオベースポリマーであるポリ乳酸(PLA)の溶媒蒸発下における結晶構造形成過程を、SPring-8 BL40B2の微小角入射X線散乱/回折(GISAXS/GIWAXD)測定により明らかとした。この目的のため、その場観測用のステージを新たに開発し、溶媒揮発過程における散乱/回折プロファイルを経時取得に成功した。詳細な解析の結果、溶媒分散状態から固化過程において、PLA薄膜中の結晶サイズは増大してはおらず、時間と共に同程度の結晶核と微結晶の数が増加していることが明らかとなった。
