Abstract

<p>On March 14, 2015, the Hokuriku Shinkansen line started its operation between Nagano and Kanazawa Station. It came to connect Tokyo to Kanazawa in Ishikawa Prefecture in about 2 hours and 30 minutes. Moreover, it was renamed the “Hokuriku Shinkansen” at this time. The approach from the metropolitan area to “Toyama prefecture,” whose charm is nature including Tateyama and Kurobe, and “Ishikawa prefecture,” whose capital Kanazawa is popular for its history and tradition of Kaga-hyakumangoku was greatly improved. In this study, what evaluations the Hokuriku Shinkansen has received by its users for these three years were investigated using online reviews. </p>
