Abstract

We aim to monitor several micro-meters of alignment changes for an object with diameter of 600 mm and height of 750 mm for a period longer than several months in a high magnetic field and vacuum by using a length measurement grid. It consists of multiple measurement paths of absolute distance interferometers introduced into the object by using optical fibers. It refers a pulse interval of an optical frequency comb compressed by an etalon. We calibrated the compressed pulse interval with relative uncertainty of several ppm (k = 2). Here, we calibrate it in a frequency domain aiming for higher reliability.
