To evaluate the nutritional knowledge of students we have conducted a questionary survey on the use of dietary supplement of 56 female students in Dental Hygiene Course (DHC) at Kochi Gakuen College,and compared the new results with the previous resu1ts,which were carried out for the students in Department of Human Life Science (HLS). The ratio of supplement users in the DHC was 40%,the result of which was higher than 20% of the HLS. 75% of the DHC were interested in taking supplements,while only 44% of the HLS. As for the purpose of supplement intake 44% of the DHS were for keeping their beauties,and 41 % for the nutrients. The ratio of the undemourished (44%) in the DHC was about 1.8 times higher than that of the HLS (25%).
