Abstract
<p>We design and construct the real-time multi-angle dispersion relation DLS measurement system. We succeed in measuring the director fluctuation and local order parameter fluctuation. Furthermore, we measure the dispersion relation near second order N-I phase transition and investigate the cross-over behavior between the director and the order parameter fluctuations.</p>
