<p>今回われわれは保存加療後，交差指を生じた1例を経験した．症例は12歳女児で小指中節骨の骨端線損傷であった．保存療法が行われ，一度治療が終了した．その後に交差指が生じた．手術は中手骨レベルで回旋矯正を行い，ピンニング固定した．最終経過観察時，可動域制限なく，楽器の演奏も可能となっている．骨端線損傷の場合，長期に渡り注意深い経過観察が必要である．</p>
