Abstract

In recent years, the development of information systems has been promoted by agile development. The feature of agile development is that each member is in charge of work that depends on their own abilities and system development is completed in a short period of time for a team consisting of small members. Members are ideally assigned personnel with high design and development skills. However, in reality, the abilities of the members are often unbalanced to skills required to complete works. A leader takes on the role of support, helping low-skilled members and members who are behind in work to speed up work time and educate them to improve their skills in the development. In this study, we propose a scheduling system to apply to agile development. The system consists of a database to evaluate member's skill levels from characteristics of works and a scheduling method including assignment of multiple members to single work. The numerical experiment is performed to evaluate the performance of the system.
