Abstract

The elastic wave from plant could be detected in time of drought situations which is monitored by acoustic emission method. The acoustic emission is most useful method for detection of elastic waves. This paper discusses comparison of biological signals with noise signals by wavelet transform. As a result, biological signal centroid on a time-frequency domain is different from noise signal one. Thus, the drought-induced biological signals are detected and evaluated by AE method and wavelet transform.
