<p>Sinagawa Higashiguchi-Minami District Heating & Cooling Plant has been supplied chilled Water, Steam and Hot Water for The Shinagawa Inter City and Tokyo Metropolitan Central Wholesale Shokuniku Market since 1999.This Paper reports the Operation Result from 1999 to 2020 and the Outline of the Large scale of Renovation caused by Environmental Consideration and Time Deterioration.</p>
