Description

Understanding humans from subjective as well as objective perspectives is vital to both brain science and organizational science. Decision-making process made by individuals and groups are based highly on implicit processes that are under influences of various social situations and other persons. And yet, we do not often realize the unconscious nature of our own behaviors and decisions. By presenting several examples from psychology, cognitive science and brain science, this paper explores the possibility of fruitful interactions between brain science and organizational science.
