For urbane disaster by tsunami or liquefier, effective system on energy and water facilities as urbane infrastructure is requested in order to minimize the damages of urbane disaster. In this paper, we suggested the new distributed system of the energy and water facilities based on the integrated system with actual information, and examined Fukuyama (only center city area) as a demonstration city. As a result, we summarized how to think about a new distributed urbane infrastructure system of the energy and water facilities. This concepts consist of following items that are to divide Fukuyama city area into 4 divisions in consideration for the population density and the damage area by tsunami and liquefier, to install the heat electric supply system with gas turbine using LNG (liquefied natural gas), to introduce the multiple water use system including the sewage reuse system with membrane in each district, and to introduce the integrated control system.
