Description
This paper considers the tracking filter in Cartesian coordinate for the chirp radar systems. The proposed method explicitly treats the range bias measurement error due to Doppler shift in Cartesian coordinate. The simulation results show that the proposed method achieves higher tracking accuracy compared with the conventional method.
