Description

Current Constitution of the Russian Federation was established in December 1993. Already have passed more than 20 years. This Constitutional change walked very complex processes after the Russian sovereignty declaration in June 1989. This paper introduces the constitutional concept of Prof.A.Sakharov which gave many suggestions and influences in the initial stage of "Constitutional Revolution", and reviews of constitutional process just before the establishment of the Russian Constitution. As we have seen, Prof.Sakharov, who was the famous physicist, also was liberal and critical democrat, one of main leaders of reformist- group in Russia and former-USSR in the time of Perestroika.
