The prsent investigation was carried out to find the washing effect of repetition washing by batch process. On the experimental results, confirmationed that the equations of extractlon and diffusion in solid liquid relations are applied approximately. In order to promote the washing, applied filtering, centrifuging and agitating are more effective.

化学工場において反応によってできた沈澱物を洗滌し附着物を除去することが非常に多い。洗滌装置としては所謂CCD法や濾過法があるが案外用ひられず多くは沈降槽または桶をいくつか並べ回分式に洗滌水をとりかえる方法が採用され莫大なる水と長期間の日数を余儀なくされている。筆者はこの現状に鑑み若干の回分式実験をもとにして洗滌効果を調べてみた。
