札幌医科大学衛生短期大学部と保健医療学部学生計1570名のABO式血液型の分布を調査した。ABO式血液型の分布率はＡ型36.1％、Ｏ型30.6％、Ｂ型24.2％、AB型9.0％であった。しかし、保健医療学部学生812名の血液型分布は衛生短期大学部学生758名の分布と比較してＡ型とＢ型が少なく、Ｏ型とAB型が多いという違いがみられた。The present study was performed to analyse data on ABO blood groups obtained from 1,570 students（1984-2001）of School of Allied Health Professions and School of Health Sciences, Sapporo Medical University. According to the data, the phenotype frequencies were as follows: type A was 36.1%, type O was 30.6%, type B was 24.2% and type AB was 9.0%. However, it was observed that there were some differrence in frequencies between the students of School of Allied Health Professions（758 students）and the students of School of Health Sciences （812 students），in which type A and type B were slightly lower, and type O and type AB were slightly higher in students of School of Health Sciences.
