研究の概要(英文)：Although the Japanese version of CCRC Plan is promoted based on the government policy of Regional Revitalization, there are criticisms to migration to local areas for medical care and nursing care that are short in urban areas. In this article, the issues of the Japanese version of the CCRC are organized and compared with the residents of overseas CCRC, the issues and possibilities are discussed through the case study of Yuimaru-series that is an advanced case of Japan's CCRC. It was suggested that rather than paying attention to migration to local, preparing the community-based integrated care system in corporation with the community will increase choices of living in the elderly and lead to community development.
