The Japan Football Association is aiming to hold the FIFA World Cup in Japan by 2050. It is more effective for the region to have a Camp Area for the teams than World Cup stadiums from the aspect of urban planning. "Hardware", "Software" and "Human ware" should be organically combined to promote urban planning through sports. And, the city brand is established when the people are allied to one color through sports and they are conscious of their own identity. The important thing is not to build "The City with major records", but "The City with good memories".
