Attitude scale toward physical activities and quationnaire of sport for a week were administered to 2,167 boys and girls of secondary schools and universities in Fukuoka city during November through December in 1975. Attitude scores were calculated to based on the Likert method and the coefficients of correlation between attitude and behavior were calculated separately according to grade and sex. The results obtained were as follows ; 1. Significant relationships were shown between total attitude score and actual behavior in both boys (r=.264 P<.01) and girls (r=. 383 P<.01) . Too, significant relationships were recognized between each score of the three factors of attitude organization and actual behavior. Consequently, it was suggested that the behavior was predictable from attitudinal variables. 2. But, attitude-behavior relationship was high in the first year (freshman) and was low in the third year (sophomore in university) . Furthermore, this phenomenon was the same in both boys and girls in junior high school, high school and university.
