説明

The purpose of the present study is to discuss the differences of facilitation between a facilitator and a co-facilitator in a basic encounter group by the “Co-Facilitator Method”. The group was conducted in 4 days 3　nights in 9 sessions which consisted of a facilitator, a co-facilitator and 9 members. The group structure and the group process were described. We focused on the combination of positive activation and respect for spontaneity in facilitation and then we investigated that how these different facilitation have an effect on the group.
