As for topic of this research is to inspect the grasp on the actual condition of the children who has exerted some kind of influence on practice of the education in collaborating on the junior high school district. In this research, the concept of the grasp on actual conditions shows a resemblance the concept of assessment. Then, this research keeps inspecting the next three points as cases on the A and B junior high school districts : give an interpretation of the key persons' talking about "the grasp on the actual conditions of the children" and "collaboration". First, it inspected that the reason why the grasp on the actual condition of the children is introduced. Second, it inspected the process that the teachers of the elementary school and the junior high school keeps being shared educational topics by researching for the grasp on the actual condition of the children. Third, it inspected what kinds of practices of the education collaborates in junior high school districts is made. Finaly, there are the common points and points of differences about the topic of this research of the A ・ B junior high school districts. And, this research is defined the research of advancing assessment theory.
