説明

The present study is performed to clarify the structure, explanatory elements, trends and references of campus master plans. The campus master plans studied were from 13 National University Corporations in Japan. The results were as follows; 1)Difference of scales and development methods of campuses are exerting the influence on the contents of the Campus Master Plans. 2)Plans for small-scale campus development have tendency to attention to problems of campus, and plans for large-scale campus development include many descriptions about various fields. and contents. And plans for newly establishment campus include many sketches and drawings as visual style plan. In recent years, some of characteristic Campus Master Plan and Framework Plan were created. National University Corporations face to various reforms requested by society. We suppose that Campus Master Plan or Framework Plan that have originality and strategy of each university will be created from now on.
