"Community Currency System" is a popular topic as a tool which might be effective for revitalization of a declined community and society all over the world as well as in Japan. There is no standard for successful implementation because the applied system should be custom made based on the social and cultural context of each of the community. This study aims to research on the effectiveness of the system and construct application model for revitalizing the declining commercial district. As a case study, the prgvious practical use test was done in the target area including Kyushu University Hakozaki Campus. Thorough the case study, this study verify the problems to be solved for implementation of the system, and suggest a unique implementation model for the area.
