Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers Hokkaido Alumni Association undertook the“ JICA Training Programme for Young Leaders for Latin American Countries （English）/Education （Science and Mathematics at the Primary and Secondary Schools）” in 2010. What have participating Latin American countries and host school students learned through this Programme? This report discusses an overall review of the 2010 Programme and some specific ideas for its future development and enhancement.
