[SUMMARY]Along with the economic growth in emerging countries, the new innovation phenomena such as the reverse innovation is emerging. In order to respond to the innovations that arise in emerging countries, building the innovation model which fits with needs of the price, quality, and functional in emerging countries is required. Therefore, in this research, I have investigated the following. To respond to the innovation that occurs in emerging countries, it is difficult to apply the one-sided application of the innovation model from advanced countries. Therefore, it is necessary to build the innovation model from a global perspective that is based on the new development objectives under the strong leadership of top management.
