Abstract

Family education is a both new and old topic. A lot of studies have been conducted by scholars at home and abroad. The sociological thought originates from modern times, but it doesn't mean there was no sociological thought before. In fact, it emerged in ancient times, long before we realized it. The paper studies ancient Chinese family education in different stages from the perspective of sociological thought, which aims to draw inspirations from family education in ancient China.
