地域史料、民間所在史料の散逸は、個人の財産が失われるのみならず、地域の財産が失われることでもあり、文化行政の課題のひとつでもある。近年インターネットオークション（以下ネットオークション）の登場により、これまでの古書業者、故紙業者などとは異なる、新たな史料流通の市場が作られつつある。 本研究の目的は、ネットオークション内の史料流通が文化行政に与える影響を明らかにすることである。そのために、ネットオークション内の取引状況を調査し、その取引情報が文化行政に与える影響について確認した。 はじめに、国文学研究資料館の史料収集規模の最も多い地域を対象に、従来の悉皆調査と同様の手順で、ネットオークションの取引記録を収集し、現状の把握を試みた。その結果と、これまでの文化行政による史料収集報告から、史料の散逸に対する文化行政の対応について聞き取り調査を行った。 散逸史料の規模が比較的多い地域は長野県であり、同県の文化行政の中心である長野県立歴史館の史料収集状況を確認したところ、ネットオークションの史料流通量は軽視できない規模であった。調査結果を元に、文化行政が現状でどの程度の対策ができるのかを考察したところ、文化行政が史料流通対策を検討するためには、技術的な課題以上に、文化行政組織の運営上の課題が確認できた。今後は、対策を検討するための基礎情報として、広域かつ詳細な取引情報の収集が求められる。 The regional and the historical records which scatter and loss is also a subject of cultural administration. The market of new historical records circulation which is different in an antiquarian bookshop and a used paper recycler is being made by the appearance of the Internet auction in recent years. The purpose of this research is to clarify the influence that circulation of historical materials in the Internet auction gives to the cultural administration. First the grasp of trading conditions of the net auction was tried for the region where a lot of scales of the collection of the historical, according to the procedure similar to a past complete enumeration. The hearing survey of the correspondence of the cultural administration to getting scattered and lost of historical materials was done based on the report of the collection of the historical materials of the cultural administration and a result. The problem in the cultural administrative organization management was confirmed more than a technical problem when measures to be able to do the cultural administration were considered. The survey of a large area and detailed dealings information I will be requested as basic data to examine measures in the future.
