This paper aims to examine the impact of the introduction of Basel III and ring fence structures on the British financial industry. After several financial crises, the United Kingdom introduced a retail ring fence structure in 2019 while strengthening financial regulations and renewing the financial supervision system based on the Basel III framework. Meanwhile, the United Kingdom decided to withdraw from the European Union in a referendum in June 2016, and after a transition period, it completely withdrew on December 31, 2020....
