本稿では,現代の道徳教育における重要な課題の一つである生命尊重の道徳授業の充実について,小学校・中学校の学校現場での指導助言の経験と発達理論に基づき,その効果をあげるためには長期的・計画的な指導が不可欠であることを示した。また,道徳教育指定校の実践から未完成ながらも校種をこえた長期的プログラムのアウトラインは描くことができたように思われる。

This paper attempts to suggest that we have necessity for a long-pending and deliberate program for successful moral education lessons on the subject of respect for life from theories of development and my experience as an adviser in elementary schools and junior high schools. And in practice of these schools, an outline of a long-pending program can be given surely but still imperfectly.
