Description
This paper describes the measurement results of the 60 MHz band propagation delay characteristics in the suburban area and over sea. It was clarified that the propagation delay characteristics is characterized by the reflected waves that arrive in groups from the hills and mountains with the reflective surface, regardless of the difference between mountainous area and suburban area. Therefore, it was shown that the method of estimating the delay profile characteristics using the topographic map proposed the propagation delay model in the mountainous area is also applicable in the suburban area. The versatility of the proposed model is shown.
